An original, steel-bodied 1936 Ford 5-Window Coupe with very light custom touches reminiscent of the 1950s. Featuring “Flathead" V-8 power with 1946-48 vintage ’59 AB’ 24-stud heads, an Edelbrock aluminum intake, triple Ford 2-barrel carburetors (only the center operational), and headers feeding a dual-exhaust system. Updates include 12-volt electrics and a remote oil filter installation. Well-maintained and unmodified factory chassis and suspension, factory 4-wheel drum brakes, and original-appearing running-board covers with the usual wear areas covered by a molded-in accent piece, plus very good bumpers and bright trim. Factory features include a swing-out windshield, roll-down rear window, and built-in luggage trunk plus a trunk-mounted spare wheel/tire within a steel storage case. The interior features a re-covered bench seat in maroon upholstery, a factory heater, plus matching shifter and emergency-brake boot covers. Other highlights include pinstripe accents, front turn-signal indicators behind the factory horn grilles, a modern speedometer in place of the factory dash clock, an Alpine AM/FM CD stereo with a ceiling-mounted control panel, a factory steering wheel, and Black painted wire-spoke wheels mounting Blackwall radial tires.
